Through my coaching app, you’ll have the structure, accountability, and guidance you need to build strength, stay consistent, and see real progress.

Basic Monthly Strength Training Program
(Not Personalized)
$45 Per Month
This strength training membership is designed to build strength, improve fundamental movement patterns, and help you gain confidence in the gym. The workouts are adaptable for minimal equipment or barbell use, offering flexibility to suit your needs.
Each program has a mix of compound lifts, accessory exercises, and focuses on progressive overload to promote steady, measurable progress. You will repeat the same workouts each week in order to refine form, enhance range of motion, and gradually increase weights or reps to ensure consistent improvement. At the start of each month, you’ll receive a new program with new workouts that build on key movement patterns, ensuring continual progress and long-term strength and muscular development.

My nutrition coaching is a 4 week program that is all about helping you create a healthier lifestyle without stress or extremes. As a certified Precision Nutrition coach and personal trainer, I take a realistic, supportive approach. I focus on consistency over perfection. Through personalized macro coaching, weekly check-ins, and support in the app M-F 8am-5pm; I’ll help you build habits that actually stick. I’m here to guide, educate, and keep you accountable every step of the way—because lasting change comes from progress, not perfection!

Accountability & Support – Stay on track with access to me through our coaching app during business hours.
Weekly Check-Ins – Every Friday, we review your progress, make adjustments, and set goals.
Progress Tracking – A shared Google Sheet to log your numbers, habits, and wins.

I focus on consistency over perfection, helping you build a routine that fits your life—not the other way around. With personalized workouts, macro coaching, form feedback, and a supportive community, you’ll have everything you need to feel stronger, more confident, and in control of your health.
